FAQ’s And General Rules
FAQs
Will I be the only one in the enclosure?
Yes, if you book a private rental then the space is exclusive to you for the duration of your rental. We do offer group bookings, but this will be made clear during the booking process.
How high are the fences?
All of our fencing has been installed by professionals and are built to offer good security and comfort whilst using the enclosures. The fences themselves are 1.2m tall, so if your dog can jump over this fence, unfortunatley our parks may not be for you.
Cancellation
You can re-schedule a booking any time up to 12 hours before your appointment start time. Refunds or re-scheduling requests with less than 12 hours notice will be at our discretion.
Will there be members of staff on site?
We will be operating BarkRun as a remote access site until further notice.
Parking
We have on site parking available for plenty of cars. Please ensure to take care when entering the site as there may be customers with their pets. This facility, being close to a residential area, parking will always be a sensitive issue. It is therefore a condition of booking that if you do arrive by car then you should park on the field in the provided parking spaces.
